When the number of nominations is limited per institution, OVPR Limited Submissions team may assist in coordination. Awards, honors, and prizes that do not limit the number of nominees from the University are not processed through the OVPR.

Once the nomination is made and the nominees are notified, they should work with their schools on any needed supporting materials. Preparation of the letters of endorsement should follow the process in each school. Nomination letters requiring the signature of Tufts’ President, Provost, or Vice Provost for Research must be requested through ovpr@tufts.edu for nominations where the internal process was coordinated by the OVPR.
