In addition to copyediting and proposal tools for standard grant sections, we offer assistance with the following elements of multi-investigator proposals:

1. Helping the investigators refine and articulate program goals and outcomes
2. Providing support for the proposal narrative and other grant sections, such as biosketches, letters of support, and resources
3. Editing proposals to eliminate typographical errors and ensure readability and proper formatting

The amount of assistance we are able to provide depends on the complexity of the proposal and on the amount of notice you provide. With a few months’ notice, we can provide you full service; with a few weeks’ notice, we may only be able to provide a copyedit. At a minimum, we request two weeks of advance notice before your final proposal submission to the Central Pre-Award Office. Please contact your research administrator to inform them of your planned proposal to ensure that it meets all university and federal requirements before submission.
