• appropriate word choice; and
• clarity.

All editing is performed by writers who are familiar with technical prose and who work on grants from all disciplines. This service is available both for individual research proposals and for contributions to larger proposals.

Please contact OVPR Research Development staff as soon as possible in advance of any internal or agency deadline if you are interested in such assistance.

Please provide sufficient time for thorough copyediting. At a minimum, we request two weeks advance notice before your final proposal submission to the Central Pre-Award Office. Rush requests, made with less than two weeks notice, may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.
