Tom focuses on operations for TTIC. He administers financial matters, oversees the operating and income/expense budgets for technology transfer at Tufts University and Tufts Medical Center, and assures compliance with federal invention reporting requirements. He also has general responsibility for Tufts University trademark registrations and trademark licenses. Before joining the TTIC in 1999, Tom was a senior editor at the Center for the Prevention of Cardiovascular Disease at Harvard School of Public Health. Tom has a BA in fine arts from Tufts University, an MA in art history from Williams College, and a Certificate of Special Studies in Management from Harvard Extension School.
