CTSI Informatics Core
The CTSI Informatics Core strives to reduce barriers for conducting clinical and translational research for the Tufts community and outside investigators.
The CTSI Informatics Core can help investigators identify eligible populations for their prospective research, obtain data for retrospective analysis, and collect and manage research data in a secure, HIPAA-compliant environment.
The program has tools such as:
- Tufts Medical Center Research Data Warehouse
- REDCap™, a HIPAA-compliant, web-based application for the development of databases and surveys
The Informatics Core also offers the following research services:
- Identification of subjects
- Requests for data
- Collection and management of research data
