Cradles to Crayons
Cradles to Crayons, is an organization driven by a focused and all-important goal: to make life better for children in need. To make this happen, it takes a wide variety of individuals and groups coming together to make a difference in their local communities.
The OVPR chose to help by organizing a volunteer shift in The Giving Factory Warehouse which involved hands-on processing of the donated goods that flow in on a regular basis. Each station in the warehouse includes inspecting, sorting, and packaging donations to ultimately be distributed to the children they serve.
