What is Open Enrollment?

Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to review your current benefit plan enrollments, understand plan updates for next year, and make any changes necessary to support you and your family’s needs.

Benefits you can enroll in or change during Open Enrollment include health, dental, and the health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts.

Any plan enrollment changes you make between October 30 and November 13 will go into effect on January 1, 2024.

What you can do now to prepare:

• Visit eServe to review and understand your current benefit plan selections. While you’re there, please take a moment to confirm your home mailing address.
• Consider your healthcare needs for 2024 by reviewing past medical expenses and anticipating what’s on the horizon for 2024.
• Watch for the 2024 Open Enrollment Guide, which will be mailed to your home the week of October 9.
• Look for additional updates and resources by email.
