Registration Open for Tufts CTSI Summit on Disease Models, October 27
2023 Team Science Summit: Advances, Applications, and Future Directions in Disease Models
Friday, October 27, 9:00 AM – 2:15 PM ET
Virtual
New and more relevant ways of modeling human biology will be essential for better understanding disease processes and more effectively testing potential new therapeutics. Creating, using, and assessing modeling systems – whether in vivo, in vitro, or in silico – requires cooperation across an expanding number of scientific fields.
Tufts Clinical and Translational Science Institute (Tufts CTSI) will host an interdisciplinary symposium highlighting work on novel modeling systems and enabling technologies underway across its network of affiliated research institutions. Please join us to hear presentations from more than 20 labs and centers at the Broad Institute, the Jackson Laboratory, MIT, Northeastern University, Tufts Medical Center, and Tufts University.
The event is one of a series of topically focused ‘Team Science Summits’ designed to increase awareness of translational research and opportunities for collaboration at Tufts CTSI’s academic and clinical partners.
