Register (by August 31st!): “Page One” Grant Writing Workshop
Are you working on a grant proposal and interested in making your Specific Aims section stand out?
Postdoctoral fellows of all specialties are invited to participate in Grant Writing for Page One (Specific Aims, Overview and Objectives, Letters of Intent, etc.) and learn how to clearly, persuasively, and concisely express the significance, approach, and innovation of your study, right from the first page.
With limited class sizes and targeted discussions, this 3-session workshop series focuses on the 1-page grant summary many types of grants call for, commonly called specific aims, overview and objectives, or executive summary.
If you have a developed project idea and are planning to apply for funding within the next six months, you are encouraged to register for this workshop series. We will guide you through the steps necessary for writing a compelling Specific Aims section for your proposal, and two of the three sessions will focus on close review of participants’ draft aims with concrete suggestions for improvement.
