Join major biotech companies iIllumina and 10X Genomics in partnership with the Tufts University Core Facility Genomics Core at their seminar on Current Applications in Single-Cell Genomics.

From Split-seq and Sci-seq to Perturb-seq and Cite-seq, from TIVA to the Human Cell Atlas, the field of Single Cell Genomics is advancing at an incredible rate. Keeping up on the latest applications can be a challenge, even for those in the field. Here, we will review recently published papers that utilize novel strategies, methodologies or data analysis methods for studying individual cells’ genomes or transcriptomes. We will also address technical questions around sample acquisition, requirements for cell quantity, sequencing read depth and costs.

“Mini-Grant” Program: In partnership with 10X Genomics and Tufts University Core Facility Genomics Core, we are pleased to announce a unique opportunity for researchers to receive support for a pilot research study. More information will be provided at the seminar. If you are unable to attend, please see contact information below for details around eligibility and program offerings.
