As of November 1, 2024, all new human subjects research submissions to the SBER IRB must use the New SBER IRB Protocol Template. The SBER IRB will no longer be accepting submissions for new studies using the previous protocol template version.

You may access the template on the SBER IRB website by clicking on the “SBER Forms and Templates” option under the “Forms” tab.
