Jordan Wilkinson, Subrecipient Compliance Specialist, won a 3rd place at NCURA Region I Innovative Exchange Suite on April 29th during the 2019 NCURA Region I Spring Meeting in Portland, ME. Jordan shared his poster and materials on Developing an Efficient and Reliable Procedure for Subrecipient Monitoring and taking the subrecipient monitoring process from high risk to low risk. The poster and the handout provided a summary of key components of Tufts’ subrecipient monitoring process, examples of how our new record keeping system works, and our modifications to the Federal Demonstration Partnership’s (FDP’s) Risk Assessment Questionnaire (RAQ) form. The format of the Innovative Exchange Suite was a hybrid between roundtable discussions and a poster session with the goal to help others enhance their knowledge and networks.
